With the recent heatwave all across the headlines, we have decided to issue some guidance on options for you and your team to cool off at work.

1. Let everyone have a turn with the singular fan. There’s no real need to have more than one, just make sure it’s passed around so everyone can have a go.
2. Hold meetings in the industrial refrigerator. Assuming your office has a canteen, and said canteen has an industrial refrigerator… you should hold team meetings there so that everyone has a chance to cool off.
3. Visit a naturist spot. It is currently looked down upon to go to work naked. The fastest way to change this culture is to host an awayday or some other gathering at a naturist spot where nudism is the norm. This will benefit the office in the long run.
4. Cover yourself in ICE. Report yourself to the American Immigration Authorities. This one works best if you are an American based business, but I think they might make a few visits around the globe.
5. Big Cave. Working above ground is pretty warm, so move your office to that nice sweet spot far enough away from the sun so it’s cool, and above the lava. Below is a diagram of how that would work.
